WORKS OF ART FOR SALE
Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery offers for sale original illustrations, fine art prints and etchings made exclusively by Alenka Sottler.
When you buy a work of art, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract between you and Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on any Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery Service represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. With respect to the work(s) of art sold by Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
The prices are exclusive of VAT, unless noted otherwise.
PURCHASE STEPS
New Order: After buying a work of art online at Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery, the Buyer receives an email that the order is waiting to be processed.
Processing Order: After New Order has been received, the Seller has 3 working days to process the order and dispatch it.
Shipping: the item is shipped using national postal services Pošta Slovenije.
Order Completed: The Seller sends an email to the Buyer notifying him that the item has been successfully shipped. In addition, the Seller provides the bill, the information about the Return Policy, estimated shipping time, tracking number and contact information in case of any difficulties regarding the order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payments with PayPal.
Another option for payment only for Slovenian citizens is via the Slovenian Copyright Agency AAS!

- a permanent address and, if different, the address of where and to whom we send the artwork
- tax number
AAS will email you the invoice and as soon as you pay it, we will send you your artwork by registered mail.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use any Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Alenka Sottler Online Art Gallery does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW
